Not only are we aggregating local listings to make it convenient for you to search, but we’ve also created a website where you can post your business’s real estate needs in order to receive space ideas.  We also encourage you to explore the Advice section to connect with local experts and service providers, ask questions and read relevant articles.

Searching for Space
There are numerous brokers, landlords and sub-landlords who all want to know about your needs.  We’ve created a two-way street for you to uncover more options.

First, you can simply search on Rofo.  View photos, read reviews, see who’s in the neighborhood and where to get things done (eat, park, buy office supplies).  It’s easy to connect directly and anonymously with any listing contact and request a tour.

You can also post your space needs anonymously.  You may be actively looking or just beginning to gather space ideas.  By posting your space needs you will surely cast a wider net.

My Rofo is a great place to track your shortlist, take notes and remember the places you’ve toured.  It also serves as your inbox to track messages.

Listing a Space
Adding a listing is free and easy to do.  You can quickly add photos, space details, and building and neighborhood information. We bring in all the other helpful data to describe the location (local amenities, parking info and maps – including street views and aerials).  We keep your profile secure and your contact info protected from spammers.

Tour requests are sent directly to your Rofo inbox from qualified businesses registered with Rofo.  You connect and take it from there…

You may also submit your listing to someone who has posted a space need on Rofo. If your listing is a match, you’ll be contacted directly by the business with the posted need.

You can easily manage and edit your listing(s) and track tour requests from within your Rofo account.
