Hoosier Park completed the first round of qualifiers on Saturday. A total of 12 races were held featuring some of the state’s top stars from 2007. Search Engine, driven by trainer Dave White, made his 2008 debut, winning his qualifier in a time of 1:59.2.
The four-year-old Electric Yankee horse paced a final panel in :26.2 to earn the credit for the mile by nearly three lengths. Search Engine was victorious in nine of 13 starts last season.

In addition to support from fellow community members, people can obtain answers to health questions from an experienced panel of health professionals in a timely manner – typically within 48 hours. Healia Communities’ health experts are physicians, nurses, and other health professionals from a variety of disciplines and specialty areas. From the Communities site, users will also be able to rate community answers and the quality of the information provided.
Healia is expanding the notion of consumer health search by offering both an innovative search engine and an online health community. Through personalized search tools, information guides, health blogs and quiz games, and now an online health community with access to health experts, Healia guides people to the support and understanding they need to make better health decisions.

NeXplore today announced the launch of an aggressive marketing initiative to drive adoption of NeXplore Search, the company’s recently launched Web 2.0 search engine optimized for a superior end-user experience, rich-media display and social network integration. The company’s goal is to attract 10,000,000 unique visitors to NeXplore Search by the close of third calendar quarter this year.
As a central component of the NeXplore Search ramp-up initiative, the company plans to send 30 million personalized electronic invitations per month enticing demographically targeted end users to try out the new search engine. NeXplore has also launched a revenue-sharing program for partnering with select high-traffic Web destinations that will embed NeXplore Search into their Web properties.
Lastly, to complement its invitation and partnership programs, NeXplore plans to acquire high traffic internet destinations as well as generate millions of visitors through advertising on an array of strategically identified online networks.
