		<description>Thanks for the recap, nope - no training on talking fast just a bad habit, I&#039;ll try to remind myself to take a deep breath slow down next time.  Also, it&#039;s hard to convey excitement and bring a little energy to the presentation when speaking very slowly.  I understand there needs to be a balance.  Thanks for the feedback, oh yes and the middle initial trick was Ian&#039;s not mine.  I do hope you found the session helpful.</description>
