This becomes a very expensive App when you add up the constant monthly subscription fees. Why can’t I just access their web site from my browser and use their Internet information of which I am already a subscriber? Zeer must think I am stupid and they are clearly double dipping!

I was very excited until I saw the subscription mode for payment. I’ll pass until I can pay a one time fee, then perhaps pay for updates. How about an option to pay either way?
Have you checked out the bar code scanner app, I think called Red Laser? Could you license their code and integrate it, then allow ability to scan the barcode using the iPhone camera to access ithe item in the database?
