* 3 oz of Bombay Sapphire® gin
* 1/2 oz of Mari Mayans® absinthe
* 1/2 oz of Grand Marnier® orange liqueur
* Dry vermouth
* 1 of Orange peel

Absinthe herbal liqueur
Absinthe is a strong herbal liqueur made with a variety of flavorful herbs like licorice, anise, hyssop, veronica, angelica, lemon balm and the most notorious – wormwood (Artemisia absinthium). It is an emerald green alcoholic drink, bitter in taste. It’s traditionally poured over a perforated spoon of sugar into water – turning it an opaque white as the essential oils precipitate out of the alcoholic solution.
