There are a number of Twitter search engines out there, but none like Twitseeker.

TwitSeeker allows you to search Twitter users based on their “Twits” or profile. Currently TwitSeeker contains over 1.2 million twitter users in their database and that number continues to grow rapidly. By leveraging the Twitter API, they are able pull relevant results by searching what users are Tweeting about.

To utilize their search engine, you have to enter a username and a search term. TwitSeeker will return results of other Twitter users that have been “Tweeting” about the term or phrase you searched for. This is a great way to find industry professionals, Twitter users who share the same interests as you, or just up to date twits on what’s hot.
