U.K. based shopping search engine Twenga has just launched their price-comparison application for the iPhone we just read on ITPro.

The Twenga iPhone Application lets iPhone owners use their mobile phones to check the price of an item to find the best deal before buying it.

The application is available in six countries: the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands.

Available for free download at the iPhone App Store, users can browse through prices, offers, technical specifications and consumer reviews available on Twenga’s website using an interface specifically designed for the iPhone.

The Twenga iPhone Application allows you to compare prices on millions of high-tech products, at any moment, to be sure that you are getting the best price. The iPhone application also adds to Twenga’s other price-comparison services, which include international price comparison and price drop alerts.
