as the search engine manager at accoona always said, the accoona search engine was a “broken product.” still, does anyone else see the irony that this story of accoona dying appears underneath a banner ad for twing, accoona’s last product? gone are the american, chinese and european search engines, gone are seven (or more) ecommerce sites, gone is exchange place, gone is buyersedge. all that’s left is eight people and banner ads for the sole survivor that appear on the same page as actual news of the death of a company.
