Azerbaijan has launched a new national search engine Yumroo. Developed by a number of young specialists, the web portal provides users with a range of services, including universal mail service, easy-to-use blogs, latest news articles, exchange rates.

The aim of the portal is to facilitate the use of the Internet and help the development of national Internet services. At the first phase, the search engine is Beta. The site will soon include content for mobile telephones, the latest data on vacancies, free online games, t national messenger, trilingual (Azerbaijani, English, Russian) online dictionary, a public network, FAQ on various topics. Under the business plan, the search engine will grab 20,000 users by the end of this year.
