One piece of advice, that is the ugliest & least user friendly PDF file I've ever seen. None of the engines are even linked. Contact me by my email and I'll put together a system that dynamically produces those PDFs for you high resolution with just the click of a mouse. No cost, just a friendly link. I still get between 40 and 50 visits from his article every day, but I see that "simply google" isn't listed on the top 100 alternative searches any more.
