Quintura – 25% of Runet’s Female Audience


The monthly audience of Quintura has reached 8 million unique site visitors globally of which more than 3 million comes from women-focused web-sites in Russia.

According to FOM, the monthly female audience of Russian Internet (Runet) is more than 12 million. That would imply that Quintura now reaches 25% of the female audience in Runet.

The female audience of Runet grows 20% faster than the male audience. The online advertising spending on female web-sites in Russia was estimated at $22 million in 2007. The ad spend grows more than 110% per year, which is higher than market growth of 73%.

The Russian women-focused sites that use the Quintura search widgets for site navigation include:

- Cosmo.ru: the extended online version of Cosmopolitan magazine in Russia with more than 1 million monthly users;

- Passion.ru: online journal for women with more than 1.5 million monthly users; and

- MissFit.ru: online journal for fitness lovers with over 100 thousand monthly users.
