Zubican – The Comprehensive US Business Search

Here’s a search tool for matching up manufacturer, middleman, and buyer with just the right thing in order: A comprehensive database of business profiles for virtually every company in the United States. Zubican, the company offering this tool, believes it has the most complete and accurate collection of such information available online.

Profiles are offered for both the businesses listed in their index, as well as potential buyers, who can either register and write their own, or link to one already published on the internet. Businesses are encouraged to take control of their own profiles, update them, or expand them according to what they offer.

The search is extremely simple. Say you want ink supplies for your printer, either as an individual looking for a store in your area, or as a middleman looking for a supplier not too far away. I typed in “Printers and Ink” in the query box and put my zipcode in on the right, and immediately I was given a list of companies in my area that sell printers and printer supplies.

Individuals can filter their results by retailers and manufacturers, middlemen by wholesalers and other bulk categories. A click on a company’s name gives contact information, more details about the business, revenues, income, number of employees, and even directions how to get there.

These user and company profiles can also be linked to other user and company profiles, demonstrating the depth and quality of individuals’ and companies’ professional networks. These links also serve to illuminate the shared relationships with providers when sourcing needed solutions.

“Zubican is built to answer the two core questions every business buyer needs to have answered: ‘Which companies are best able to solve my problem, and how good are they,’” said Matthew Graczyk, Zubican’s CEO.

For buyers, Zubican also provides a forum for professionals to rate and review companies with which they’ve done business and for sellers, a breakdown of the demographics of those searching for them and viewing their company profiles to discover what types of people and companies are most interested in what they have to offer.
