Looks good. I tried “amyotrophic lateral sclerosis” and the results suggested that a special issue of the journal below is devoted to the topic:

I might actually buy that issue–these search engines are good for publishers. If I were Elsevier or any other scientific/technical publisher, I would do whatever I could in terms of outreach to and financing of many of the search engines you feature.
Your site is a great service to those of in librarianship and who follow specific topics quite closely. I might never have learned of that issue but for this site.
