GoPubMed is a German, free available biomedical search engine. Since June it is included in the Top 100!

With http://www.gopubmed.org searching is now sorted!

Give a try! Search e.g. for aspirin and navigate the left hand knowledge-base from Diseases, Cardiovascular Diseases to Heart Diseases. From > 42.000 citations to some relevant in three seconds!

I will appreciate your feedback.
Best regards,
Liliana
